10/20/2011 - We are at Shaker Square on Saturday mornings and Chagrin Falls on Sundays. Maple syrup is in stock in all sizes. Beef cuts will be available again after Thanksgiving.

3/26/2011 - Maple sap has stopped running for now, Saturday, March 26th, so we are not planning to gather from the buckets or boil at the sugar house. Please check back next week.

2/12/2011 - We are getting ready to make Maple Syrup, so we won't be at the market for a few Saturdays. Planning to return with the 2011 crop in late February or March--as soon as the sap starts to run.

We offer three main products, which are sold primarily through North Union Farmers Market and also direct from the farm.

Vegetables
Our gardens produce the freshest possible locally grown seasonable vegetables. Our offerings vary in response to customer demand and seasonal availability. They include salad mixes, beets, carrots, onions and garlic. We have some beautiful flowers, too.

Beef
You can't find more nutritious beef than our organically grown, pasture-raised Belted Galloways. Our herd lives entirely on pasture, except when they mozy into the barn to avoid the winter winds. They eat only organic grass and hay, occasional grain in harsh weather and approved minerals.

Maple Syrup
We make our syrup the old fashioned way with a wood-fired evaporator and using horse-drawn vehicles to reduce impact on forest paths. It takes almost 50 gallons of sap to make a gallon of maple syrup, but we think you'll agree it is worth the effort.
